Funeral services for Charles E. Allsbury, 626 N. McGee, 82, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ed Brown and Sons Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Joe D. Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Allsbury, a pioneer Borger resident and a retired employee of the Union Carbide Co., died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Anthony's Hospital, Amarillo. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ida May of the home; daughters, Mrs. Anna Schoonover of Bentonville, Ark., and Mrs. Reba Wilson of Jacksonville, Ore.; brothers, Frank of Salem, Ill., and Paul of Wichita, Kan.; sisters, Mrs. Frances Pennick of Wichita and Mrs. Martha Vergudo of Riverside, Calif.; and nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
