L. E. "Andy" Anderson, 66, of Borger, died Friday, Dec. 28, 1990, in Golden Plains Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Bible Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Pallbearers will be Bob Adams, Bob Lewellyn, Orvil Baker, Judge Lummus, Pete Roberts, W. A. Hampton and J. W. Warner.

A native of Marland, Okla., Mr. Anderson had been a Borger resident for the past 39 years. He was retired from the pipeline department of Phillips Petroleum Company. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, James Henry Anderson, in 1968.

Survivors include a son, Richard Anderson of Waco; a daughter, Pat Haynes of Borger; two brothers, Carl Anderson and Glen Anderson, both of Ponca City, Okla.; three sisters, Shirley Countryman and Ruby Baker, both of Ponca City, Okla., and Helen Morris of Bakersfield, Calif.; five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, including Robinson Anderson of Borger.

The family will be at 110 Avalon in Borger.
