FRITCH - F.W. "Rattler" Bailey, 87, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2008, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger with Bob Thomas, chaplain of Odyssey Healthcare, officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Bailey was born June 12, 1920, in Russellville, Ark. He married Rose Benson on April 12, 1947, in Dallas.

Survivors include his wife; a son, David Bailey of Post; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Rose Louise Bailey, age 81, of Fritch, Texas died Saturday, October 25, 2008, in Olney.

No services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home.

Rose was born August 9, 1927 in Kansas City, Kansas to the late Frank and Louise Benson. She and F. Wilburn "Rattler" Bailey were married on April 12, 1947 in Dallas, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 6, 2008. She was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church. She moved to Fritch, Texas from Phillips, Texas in 1983. She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, DavaKaye Bailey in 1999.

Survivors include one son, David Bailey and wife Karla of Post, Texas; one granddaughter, Lora Bailey of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and one great granddaughter, Celeste Bailey.
