Services for Luther E. Baldwin, 79, of 318 First, Phillips, were held at 3 p.m. today in the First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. H.C. Eslinger, pastor, officiating.
Interment was in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Graveside rites will be under the aupices [sic] of Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge No. 1355.
Mr. Baldwin died at 1 p.m. Thursday in North Plains Hospital.
He had been a Phillips resident since 1932 and was a retired Phillips Petroleum Co. employee.
He was a member of Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge No. 1355.
Survivors include his wife, Lila of the home; four sons, Robert of Searcy, Ark., Lyle of Amarillo, Delmar of Borger and and [sic] Orion Herrin of Pasadena; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Rogers, of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Glenna Eldridge of Pasadena; one brother, John of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Morgan of Promide, Okla., Mrs. Tinnie Slaton and Mrs. Bonnie Webb both of Atoha [sic], Okla.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
