GUYMON (Special) - Funeral services for George T. Bice, 52, former Borgan, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Monday, from Victory Memorial Methodist Church with the Rev. E.E. Gregory, pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in the family lot at Highland Park Cemetery at Borger, under the direction of Henson Funeral Home of Guymon.
Bice died in the Guymon Hospital following a brief illness. He was born Aug. 10, 1912 in Shinnston, W.Va., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry V. Bice.
He was married to Miss Hazel Starkey, Dec. 11, 1929, in West Virginia, and moved to Borger the same year making their home there until 1950 when they moved to Hooker, Okla.
The family moved to Guymon one year later. Bice was engaged in the oil drilling business as a contractor. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of Borger.
Surviving are his wife; daughter, Mrs. Carl Hamilton of Startford; son, Tom of Estondido, Calif.; mother Mrs. Carrie Bice of Guymon; and three grandchildren.

Hazel E. Bice, 73, died Tuesday in Cimarron, Kansas. She was born November 29, 1912, in Shinaston [sic], West Virginia. She married George T. Bice on December 11, 1929. She moved to Borger and later lived in Guymon. A resident of Cimarron for he [sic] last 20 years, she was a member of the United Methodist Church and Farm Bureau Auxilary [sic].
She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by her son, Tom of Escondido, Calif.; a daughter, Barbara Hamilton of Cimarron, Ks.; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Cimarron United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Turner officiating.
Burial will be 4 p.m. Friday ion Highland Park Cemetery in Borger. Arrangements are being handled by Burkhart Funeral Home in Cimarron.
