Twin to Leon Waitman Bond

He was born on 12/20/1938 in Hutchinson County, TX
**THE MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME IS: Mc Kinney, Pauline
**THE FATHER'S NAME IS: Bond, John Alexander

Twin boys were born to Mr. and Mrs. John Alexander Bond last night in North Plains hospital, but one succumbed this morning at 6 o'clock. One weighted 4 pounds, 9 ounces and was born at 11:25. The one born at 11:30 and weighing 4 pounds 7 ounces died.

Funeral services will be held at the family residence in the McIlroy carbon camp tomorrow afternoon at 2:30, with the Rev. Ketchum of the Church of God officiating. Interment will be in Highland cemetery.

Besides the parents, survivors include Laura Ruth, a sister, Charles R. John, Jr., brother, and the other twin, Leon Waitman.

Powell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

This obit is the only one found. Apparently the second twin died two days later, but no obit published.
