Funeral services for Clifton Philmore Bookout, 62, of Hobbs, N.M., who died at 4 p.m. Sunday in a lodge at Denver City, Tex., will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Johnson Park Church of Christ.
Weslie Mickey of Odessa, former church minister, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.
He had been a resident of Hobbs for the past 30 years.
Bookout was a member of the Taylor Street Church of Christ in Hobbs.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Karen Cooper of Hobbs and Mrs. Phyllis Mason of Dolores, Colo.; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Post of Phillips, Mrs. Doc Maggart of Cortez, Colo., and Mrs. Jerry Spangler of Borger; six brothers, Ed and Troy, both of Graham, Cecil of El Paso, Roy of Wichita Falls, Jack of Burkburnett and Kenneth of Quanah; his mother, Mrs. J.T. Bookout of Quanah; and five grandchildren.
The family will be at 110 First St., in Phillips.
