BORGER - Services for Richard W. Brumfield, 28, who was killed Sunday in a one-car accident here, were to be at 4 p.m. today in Calvary Baptist Church.
Officiating was to be the Rev. Charles Broadhurst, pastor of Southcrest Baptist Church at Lubbock. Burial was to be in Highland Park Cemetery by Simpson Funeral Home.
Mr. Brumfield was killed about 8 a.m. Sunday when the car he was driving overturned on the Cedar and Texas 136 turnoff at the traffic cloverleaf.
Mr. Brumfield, born at Denison, graduated from Borger High School in 1965 and from Frank Phillips College in 1967. He served four years in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his parents, a sister and a niece and a nephew.
