BORGER, June 11 (Special) - Funeral services for George Riley Canady, 83, were set for 3 p.m. today from the Church of God of Prophesy with the pastor, the Rev. C.W. Grubbs, officiating.
Burial was to be in Highland Park Cemetery here under direction of Minton Mortuary.
Mr. Canady died Sunday at his home, 821 Canady St., which was named for his family. He had lived in Borger 26 years.
Survivors include his wife Etta; four daughters, Mrs. John L. Sellers of Fritch, Mrs. Herman Hogan of Pampa, Wyanon Canady of Forth [sic] Worth and Winifred Canady of Oklahoma City; two sons, Floyd Canady of Sayre, Okla., and Cecil Canady of Clinton, Okla.; a brother, 34 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.

BORGER - Etta Canady, 86, died Wednesday.
Services were to be at 2:30 p.m. today in Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Howard Smith, pastor of the Church of God of Prophecy, to officiate. Burial was to be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Canady had lived in Borger since 1937 and was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. John L. Sellers of Fritch and Mrs. Wanda Hogan of Grand Prairie; two sons, Winfred of Huntsville and Carl of Irving; one brother, D.P. Cummings of Borger; one sister, Bessie Legrand of Sweetwater, Okla.; 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
