Obituary:
Allen G. HUMMER, son of Samuel and Caroline HUMMER, was born in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania, March 15, 1862, and died at Beaver, Oklahoma, November 14, 1932.
In 1875 the family moved to Illinois and for a number of years after reaching manhood he worked at the carpenter trade. He never married and later his trade took him to various places in the United States, such as California, Kansas, and Florida. He made his home near Booker most of the time.
His survivors are three brothers, M. J. of Utleyville, Colorado, C. G. of Garden City, Kansas, G. Cl of Alma, Nebraska, and two sisters, Lizzie and Carrie HUMMER, Celchester, Illinois, and a host of relatives and friends.
