SKELLYTOWN - Alma M. Carroll, 83, a former Borger resident, died at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday in the Pampa Nursing Center.
Services are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Survivors include one son, Glen Rowen of New York City, N.Y.
