Nov 30, 1944-May 05, 1945
Harold Ray HUMMER, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. HUMMER, of the Booker area, died at the Shattuck hospital on May 5 at the age of five months and five days. He was born Nov. 30, 1944.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, May 7, at 2:30, at the Methodist Church, Booker, with Rev. P. E. Rhine, Waka, in charge. Interment was in the Fairmont cemetery at Follott. Boxwell Bros. were the funeral directors.
Survivors are his parents and one sister, Charlotte Ann, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde GREER, Beaver, Okla.; three uncles, Emmett and Delmar HUMMER of Booker, and T/Sgt. Travis David BRUMBEAU, who is a German prisoner of war; two aunts, Mrs. Goldie GRIFFIN, Booker, and Mrs. Melvana BLY, Hobart, Okla., and a host of other relatives and friends.
