Graveside rites for Carolyn Ann Clark, four-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Royce Clark, 721 Delaware, will be conducted at 4 p.m. today with the Rev. Weldon Lewis, assistant pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in the Highland Park Cemetery, under the direction of Simpson's Funeral Home. She died Wednesday morning in Northwest Texas Hospital, Amarillo.
Survivors include her parents, a sister, Brenda Joyce, 4; and a brother, Tony Royce, 6, all of the home; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Tony Clark of Bakoshe, Oklahoma; and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Orval Yates of Weatherford.
