Jack Dillard, 95, died Friday May 2, 1997, in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 1997, at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Bill Fowler, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.

A native of Marlow, Okla., he had been a Borger resident for 70 years.

He was a retired carpenter for Phillips Petroleum and a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Borger.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Nora Dillard in 1977.

Survivors include his wife, Stella W. Dillard, of the home; two sons, Bob Dillard of Garland and Don Dillard of Amarillo; two step-sons, Wilbur Smith of Borger, and David Cochran of Ennis; one daughter, Inez Sandefur of Borger; two step-daughters, Bobby Ruth Lee of Tyler and Lucille Bailey of Amarillo; three sisters, Eunice Ingram of San Jacinto, Calif., Helen Moffitt of Glendale, Calif., and Amna Curry of Clovis, N.M.; seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

The family will be staying at 1208 Roberts and 209 Maple in Borger.

Mrs. Nora Clara Dillard, 74, died Saturday.

Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Amos Meadors, retired pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Billy Duncan, pastor. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.

Mrs. Dillard, born in Sasakwa, Okla., had lived in Borger since 1927. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, She married Tandy Russell in 1923 in Caddo, Okla.

Survivors include her widower; two sons, Donald of Amarillo and Bob of Garland; one daughter, Mrs. Roy Sandefur of Borger; one sister, Mrs. Y. C. Wall of Sanger, Calif.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
