BORGER - Funeral services for Don C. Dilley, 75, a long-time resident of the Borger area, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Roy Byrd, pastor, will officiate.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

Mr. Dilley died Tuesday morning in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.

He was the only living charter member of the Borger Noon Lions Club. He was a member of Khiva Temple of the Shrine in Amarillo, the Borger Elks Lodge and Club 50, an old-settlers organization, the North Plains Knife and Fork Club, the Cattleman's Association and Kappa Sigma fraternity of Kansas University, where he played football.

Surviving are his wife, a son and two brothers.

Carol Dilley, 86 of 518 Jackson in Borger died at 4:50 p.m. Friday in Golden Plains Community Hospital.

A housewife, she was a native of Emporia, Kansas, and a Borger resident for 60 years.

She was a member of Faith Covenant Church, Paragon Study Club and past member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

She is survived by one son, Don, of Borger; one sister, Marie Haynes of Topeka, Kansas.

She married Don C. Dilley in 1925 and lived in Herrington, Kansas, before moving to Borger in 1926. Her husband preceded her in death in 1966. Memorials may be made to the St. Anthonys Hospice.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at Faith Covenant Church with Rev. Ken Sheppard, Faith Covenant Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
