Funeral services for W.L. (Peewee) Followill, 24, of 605 North Harvey, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Elder R.A. Jenkins, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Donald Brent, pastor of the Bunavista Baptist Church.

Military graveside rites will be held at Highland Park Cemetery with the local National Guard unit in charge. Member of the National Guard will serve as casketbearers. Burial will be under the direction of Minton Funeral Home.

Followill was electrocuted Monday morning when a rig pole was backed into a 13,000 volt electrical line. Followill was holding a cable to the pole when it hit the line. He was dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital.
