*Obituary
L.M. Fowler, 63, Borger resident since 1926, died at his home at 926 Weatherly at 11:45 p.m. Sunday after an illness of several days.
Before his retirement about one year ago Fowler operated the Fowler Blacksmith Shop. He was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Viola Fowler of Borger, and one daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Harris, Borger; one son, Vaden Fowler, Borger; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Anderson, Waynoka, Okla., Mrs. M. Griffin, Sulphur, Okla.; three [sic] Orva Lumas, Supply, Okla.; three brothers, Alvin Fowler, Perryton, Sam Fowler, Woodward, Okla., and Albert Fowler, Newton, Kans.; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Blackburn-Shaw-Brown Funeral Home chapel, with interment following in Highland Park Cemetery, Borger.
