Roy C. Finley passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 in Lubbock. He was born August 4, 1932 in Clayton, New Mexico to Lester and Cora (Wyatt) Finley. He married Wilma Nevis on February 22, 1968 in Reno, Nevada. They moved to Brownfield in 1982. He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Finley.

Roy is survived by his wife Wilma of Brownfield; 3 sons, Roy C. "Clif" Finley, Jr. of Kansas, Andrew Finley of Mexico and Rodney Joseph Flow and wife Sue of Pleasanton, CA; 5 daughters, Debra Taylor of Washington, Constance Finley of Point Richmond, CA, Colleen Webster and husband Robert of Brownfield, Roxanne Franco and husband Michael of Sunol, CA. and Pamela Marie Rodgers and husband Ray of Merkel; 3 sisters, Marie Brooks of Van Horn, Sue Fowler of Lockwood, MO. and Wanda Stafford of Chowchilla, CA; a granddaughter, Danielle Picon and husband Ruben of North Carolina and several more grandchildren; great grandchildren, Sara Morin, Zaylee Picon, Molly Picon, Dylan Morin, Jeremy Morin and several more great grandchildren; a nephew, James Aaron Finley.
