Rosary will be read at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Minton Memorial Chapel for Eugene G. Geter, 76, of 721 Whittenburg.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John's Catholic Church with Father Richard Neyer officiating.

Interment will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.

Geter died at 2 a.m. Friday in North Plains Hospital. He was born July 27, 1898 in Horatio, Ark.

He had been a resident of Borger since 1925 and was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include his wife, two sons, two daughters, two brothers, one sister, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.

Casketbearers will be Pete Garcia, Felipe Gutierrez, Leroy Gutierrez, Robert Gerego, Orlando Lopez, Randy Opez, Arthur Via, and Benito Via.
