Funeral services for Everett Lee Gilchrest, 45, of 716 O'Daniel, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Bible Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating.

Interment will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Mortuary.

Gilchrest was dead on arrival at North Plains Hospital at 11 p.m. Saturday.

He was born Jan. 7, 1930 in Memphis and has been a resident of Borger since 1947.

Survivors include his wife, Winnie of the home; two daughters, Debra Gilchrest and Judy Reese, both of Borger; his mother, Mrs. Dora Gilchrest, of Borger; a sister, Mrs. L.L. McClanahan of Lubbock; four brothers, Leonard, Jack, Melvon and W.C. Jr., all of Borger; and two grandchildren.

Casketbearers will be Bobby Keith, Tommy Ray and Johnny Jack Gilchrest, Kevin King, Alan Sanders and Preston McClanahan.

MT. CALM, Texas - Winnie Gilchrest Morgan, 67, died Monday, May 19, 1997 at Hillcrest Medical Center in West, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 22, at Bible Baptist Church in Borger with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A native of Honey Grove, she had moved from Borger 13 years ago. She had lived in Mt. Calm for nine months. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She married Joe Morgan on December 19, 1983 in Austin.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Morgan of the home; two step-sons, William Morgan of Baytown, Timothy Morgan of Spring Lake, N.C.; two daughters, Debbie Gilchrest of King Austin, Judy Gilchrest Sanders of Gainesville; one sister, Veda Mae Juerba of Stockton, Calif.; eight grandchildren, two step-grandsons and two great-ganddaughters.

Casket bearers will be Ricky McWilliams, Dan Davis, Gary Limmer, Brian King, David King and Roy Ford.

The family will be staying at 1708 Yows in Borger.
