*Obituary
Services for Emmett D. "Tobe" Giles, 76, were at 2 p.m. today in Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains. The Rev. Jimmy Gillmore, pastor of Riverview Baptist Church, and the Rev. Earl Skaggs, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiated.
Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Giles, born in Indian Territory, Okla., moved to Borger in 1941. He was a retired employee of Southwestern Public Service Co., Riverview Plant.
Survivors include his wife, Willie; a son, Edward of Cleveland, Miss.; a daughter, Sue Henderson, of Broomfield, Colo.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
