*Obituary
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Jean Gipson, 16, 202 E. Adams, will be at 4 p.m. today in Franklin Street Church of God, with the Rev. A.J. Holster, pastor of the Collegeview Baptist Church, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Kenneth Stevens, pastor of the church.

Burial will be in Highland Cemetery by Minton Mortuary.

Mrs. Gipson died at 9:20 p.m. Saturday at North Plains Hospital of injuries suffered in a two-car collision two miles west of Borger on State Highway 136.

Her husband, Cecil Gipson, 22, remained in good condition this morning at the hospital. He was hospitalized Saturday night for observation.

The Gipson car, westbound on 136, apparently was turning left into a grocery store area when the collision occurred.

Driver of the other car, Miss Beverly Eagan, 21, of 3601 S. Ong, in Amarillo, remains at North Plains Hospital in satisfactory condition with a broken heel and facial lacerations.

Mrs. Gipson is survived by her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Roberts, 303 E. 9th, and a brother, Phillip, of Borger, and a sister, Mrs. E.W. Cox of Fritch.

Pall bearers will be Oscar Golden, Dean Berry, Stanley Aylor, Bob Ringo, Bobby Berry and Charles McCown.

Honorary pallbearers are L.E. Androes, G.K. Houghton, and Randall Farmer.
