BORGER - C.L. "Bill" Gourley, 79, of Tucson and formerly of Stinnett, died Monday, March 6, 2000.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors.

Mr. Gourley was born in Jerktail, Mo., and was an Army veteran of World War II. He retired as a welder and artist and moved to Tucson six years ago.

He was preceded in death by a stepson, Harold Allan Ross, in 1999.

Survivors include his wife, Sylvia; two sons, Billy Gourley and Bobby Gourley, both of Tucson; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
