BORGER - Jackie Earl Harlan Sr., 74, died Monday, April 24, 2006, in Amarillo.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Harlan was born April 24, 1932, in Neodesha, Kan. He was a transport driver for Frito Lay. Survivors include his wife, Merideth Harlan of Borger; three sons, Jackie Earl Harlan Jr. of Temecula, Calif., Kenneth Wayne Harlan of Lubbock and Robert Carey of Amarillo; two daughters, Maribeth Lyon of Lubbock and Laura Deann Fyfe of Flower Mound; two sisters; Fern Hallbauer of Belton and Joan Bowen of Waco; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79105.
