Aaron Kristopher Hughes
June 13, 2005 - May 15, 2018
Aaron Kristopher Hughes, of Fritch, went to his Heavenly Home, on May 15, 2018 in Dallas.
He was born on June 13, 2005 in Amarillo to Crystal Marie (Harris) and Michael Wayne Hughes. He was a student at Sanford Fritch Junior High School and was in the 6th grade. Aaron was wise beyond his years, a very compassionate person that always thought of others before himself. He was somewhat of a "Dare Devil", not afraid to try anything. His mother said "he was braver and stronger than anyone."
He was preceded in death by : his grandmother Denise Harris; his great grandparents: Mike Harris, Ed and Hazel Wohlford, Eugene Penfold, Freddy Skidmore and Jimmy Mitchell.
His survivors include: his mother Crystal Mitchell and husband Tyler of Fritch; his father Michael Hughes and wife Lesli of Stinnett; 2 brothers: Michael Hughes and Brandon Hughes both of Fritch; a step sister Alexandra McCormick of Moriarty, New Mexico; a special Aunt Amber Richardson of Fritch; an Uncle Tim Milner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a special Uncle Jason Richardson of Borger; Grandparents: Robert and Sharon Scopel of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Alan and Mary Hughes of Fritch, John and Debbie Mars of Borger, Michael Harris of Lubbock and Sherry Mitchell of Lubbock; great grand parents: Dorothy Penfold of Stinnett, Zeke Clement of Stinnett, Glenna Harris of Amarillo and Pauline Skidmore of Panhandle; and Aaron's dogs: Raider (his favorite) , Sugar, Wally, Wicked and Fat Boy and Aaron's cats: Tigger and Puffy.
Aaron will lie in state Friday, May 18 from 8:00am-8:00pm at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains, Borger. The family will welcome friends on Friday, May 18 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains, Borger.
Funeral services will be held May 19, 2018 at 2:30pm at Sanford Fritch High School Gymnasium. Burial will follow at Highland Park Cemetery, Borger.
Services are entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors, Borger.
