Graveside services for Grace Buchanan, 92, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Fortney officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
She died Friday, June 7, 2002.
She was born Aug., 8, 1909, in Terry County, and married Claud Buchanan on Oct. 6, 1940, in Antioch, N.M.. He died June, 13, 1969. She graduated from Brownfield High School and worked as a bookkeeper at Caves and TG&Y variety stores.
She was an election judge for Terry County and also was instrumental in founding a local chapter of Rainbow Girls. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church.
