Grandmother of Harold Leroy Isaacs

Funeral services for Lillian Lorene Isaacs, 78, Borger, will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Isaacs died Sunday, Aug. 28, 1994 in North Plains Care Center, Borger.

A native of Little Rock, Ark., she had been a Borger resident for 43 years. She was a housewife, and a Baptist.

She married Henry Isaacs Dec. 8, 1931 in Riply, Okla. He died in 1982 after they had been married 51 years.

Survivors include three sons, Harold Isaacs of Stinnett; John Isaacs of Amarillo; and Arvella Isaacs of Sanford; eight daughters, Rosalee Ferrell of Freemont, Mo.; Betty Gene Berry of Hammond, Ind.; Lucille Gilmore of Morse; Barbara Duvall of Springfield, Mass.; Sharon Hughes of Stinnett; Carol Woodward of Borger; Nance White and Debbie White of Borger; 23 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Russell Karrins, O.T. Kirksey, Larry Woodward, Norman Gilmore, Elias Salas Isaacs, Jr., and Brian Thomas Hughes.

The family will be staying at 923 Elmore.
