BORGER - Zaluar Grace Ivey, 90, died Friday, June 13, 2008.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Fairlanes Baptist Church with Dr. Chad Chaddick, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Grace was born April 3, 1918, in Denison to Charlie and Lillie Reeves. She married William Edward Ivey and raised three daughters.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and great-great-great-grandmother. Grace's greatest joy in life was meeting and talking with people. Her favorite places to visit with friends and family were at her church, Fairlanes Baptist, and at McDonald's, where she had been a regular for 17 years.

In her 90 years of life on this Earth, Grace never met a stranger. She had so many stories to tell about the many people in her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Ivey; a daughter, Frances Lee Collins; a great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Patterson; and a great-great-granddaughter, Tasha Floyd.

Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia LaGrone and husband Chuck and Mary Ward, all of Borger; six grandchildren, Bobby Joe Lee Jr. and wife Gayla, Charlie Lee, Kathy Loucks and husband Randy and Stephanie Guess and husband Travis, all of Borger, Larry LaGrone of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Karen Stoffle and husband Ben of Amarillo; 15 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and a great-great-great-grandchild.
