Charlie David Izard, aged 52, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ed Railsback, at Texroy gasoline plant at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Izard had made his home intermittently with Mr. and Mrs. Railsback for several years, having returned here about two months ago from Blackwell, Texas, his former home. He had been an invalid for a number of years, due to an injury.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Ed Railsback of Borger, his mother, Mrs. Julia Izard, of Holland, Texas, three brothers, W.H. Izard, Wilson, Texas; Jim Izard, Holland, Tex.; Sam Izard, San Angelo, Tex.; and three sisters, Mrs. George Corley, Blackwell, Tex.; Mrs. Walter Slone, Causey, N.M., and Mrs. Walter Holt, Holland, Tex.
Izard was a member of the Tabernacle Baptist church. Funeral services will be held at the Railsback residence at 3 p.m. today, J.A. Thomas officiating. Carver funeral chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
