Final rites for Charles W. Kelly are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Minton's Funeral Home. Rev. A.C. Lyons of Amarillo will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Rawlings Cherryhomes, pastor of the First Christian Church, Borger.
Kelly, resident of Borger since 1926, died Wednesday morning. He was 83 years old.
Casketbearers are D.D. Parsons, Dale Gaston, R.F. Washburn, J.B. Foley, James White and Leo Maloney.
Interment will be made in the local cemetery.

Pearl E. Kelly, 84, a resident of Borger since 1926, died at 9:50 a.m. Sunday in North Plains Hospital. She resided at 501 Florida.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Minton Memorial Chapel, Rev. Ken Jones officiating. Burial is to be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. D.R. Holloman, Pampa; two sons, J.W. Kelly, Muleshoe; H.D. Kelly, Pueblo, Colo.; two sisters, Mrs. John Clark, Pittsburgh, Penn.; Mrs. Jean Messner, Cherryvale, Kansas; one grandson, D.R. Holloman, Jr., Okla. City; and one great-grandson, D.R. Holloman, III, Okla. City.
She was a charter member of the First Christian Church in Borger.
Pallbearers will be Phil Alexander, Dale Gaspon, R.F. Washburn, W.O. Seymour, Leo Maloney and Gene Guinn.
