*Obituary
Funeral services for Jesse P. Kerr, 64, of 100 Esterino St., Borger, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Borger with the Rev. Weldon Rives, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be John Ronayne, Warren Argo, Clarence McDaniel, Earl McDaniel, Bill Chowins and Johnny Wheat.

Mr. Kerr died at 6:15 a.m. Thursday at High Plains Baptist Hospital in Amarillo.

A retired maintenance supervisor at the Phillips Petroleum Co. Copolymer Plant, Mr. Kerr was a native of Bartlesville, Okla., and a Borger resident for 40 years.

He was a veteran of World War II and a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1789 and American Legion Lodge 671.

He is survived by his wife, Delores; two sons, Joe and Charles of Borger; three daughters, Tina Briscoe of Borger, Mary Cox of Borger and Jimmie Kerr of Littleton, Colo.; a brother, J.J. Kerr of Pasadena, Texas; two sisters, Myrtle Stephenson of Bartlesville, Okla., and Minnie Mae Kerr of Garber, Okla.; and 10 grandchildren.
