Graveside services for William A. Kirkendall, 65, of 1000 Tyler, Borger, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Highland Park Cemetery, with the Rev. Alvin Walker, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Kirkendall died Monday in Veterans Hospital in Amarillo.
A native of Missouri, Mr. Kirkendall had been a Borger resident for 26 years. He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Neoma; three stepsons, Harold Ackors of Cresson, Mickey Keck of Arlington, Johnny Keck of Perryton; three stepdaughters, Miss Nina Keck of Odessa, Mrs. Martha Shockley of Perris, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Lee Davis of Borger; four brothers, Herbert L. and Elmer, both of Borger, Howard of Pauls Valley, Okla., and Fred of England; one sister, Mrs. Pansy Maree Shelton of Oklahoma; 23 step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
