Borger News Herald - May 1, 1983
Herbert Leslie Kirkendall, 61, of 800 Moody, died at 12:10 a.m. Saturday at his home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Brown's Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Paul Taylor, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
A native of Webb County, Mo., he had been a longtime Borger resident. He was a retired construction worker and member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two brothers, Howard of Pauls Valley, Okla., and Elmer of Borger; one sister, Pansy Marie Sheldon of Hominy, Okla.; and a niece, Mary Lee Davis of Borger.
