Pioneer Borger resident Mrs. Mattie Belle Langevin, 73, died in an Albuquerque, N.M., hospital Saturday at 9 p.m. as a result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident early Wednesday morning about 22 miles from Albuquerque.
The body will arrive in Borger tonight and will rest at Ed Brown's Chapel of the Fountains until 2 p.m. Wednesday when funeral rites will be conducted at Calvary Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. Jeff Moore, officiating.
Mrs. Langevin, who resided at 412 W. Fourth, had lived in Borger for the past 30 years.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Guy Sebright of Borger; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Webb of Mesa, Ariz.; three brothers, Earl Pierce of Bakersfield, Calif., Fred Pierce of Phoenix, Ariz., and Elmer Pierce of Sacramento, Calif., and two grandchildren.
Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown Funeral Director.
