*Obituary
BORGER - Leonard "Carl" Laughery, 64, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2008.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Bunavista Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Hensley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Carl was the music director at Bunavista Baptist Church for the last four years. He had been an Elvis impersonator for the last 12 years.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; two daughters, Kim Larker of Borger and Kelli Jones of Hendersonville, Tenn.; a son, Kacey Laughery of Murphy; his "adopted son," Michael Casey of Borger; three brothers, Don Laughery and Ernie Key, both of Fritch, and Charles Key of Sanford; and eight grandchildren.
