BORGER - N.G. "Duck" Leonard, 90, died Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Keeler Baptist Church with the Rev. James Berry, pastor of Southside Baptist Church and Dr. Paul Anderson, pastor of Keeler Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Leonard was born Aug. 29, 1915, in Batesville, Ark. He served as fire chief for the City of Borger Fire Department from 1953 to 1979.

Survivors include two sons, John David of Tyler and Mike Leonard of Borger; two sisters, Norma Lee Poulain of Henderson, Nev., and June Riggs of Fort Worth; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
