PARIS - Maudena Lewis 89, died Monday, July 20 at her home in Paris.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Paris. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger under the direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home with local arrangements by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Lewis was a native of Denison and a former Borger resident. She was a retired church secretary. She taught Sunday school for many years and a member of the GO Getters Club. She was also a member of the AARP. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank N. Lewis in 1984 and her daughter, Doris Marie Lewis in April of 1949.
Survivors include one sister, Venita [sic] Richardson of Chouteau, Okla. and several nieces and nephews.
