*Obituary

Mrs. T.A. Cartwright, 62, died at her home at Phillips at 10 o'clock last night, following a lengthy illness.

A member of the Methodist church, Mrs. Cartwright was a native Texan, being born June 16, 1877, in Hunt county.

Tentative funeral arrangements are set for 10 o'clock tomorrow morning in the Borger Methodist church with the Rev. E.J. Reaves, Phillips Methodist pastor, officiating. After services, the body, which is at the Carver Bros. Funeral Chapel, will be taken to Lorenzo for interment.

Surviving are the husband; five sons, E.C., James M. and Johnnie C. of Phillips; Odell A. of Kansas City, Mo.; Wood H. of Canyon; two daughters, Mrs. R.A. Taylor of Borger, Mrs. Jeff Still, Phillips.

Also surviving are five brothers; R.D. English of Snyder, R.C. English of Amarillo; J.C., Ance and Luther English of Lubbock; three sisters, Mrs. Pink L. Parrish of Lubbock, Mrs. S.H. Botts of Ft. Worth, Mrs. J.C. Orr of Lubbock, and six grandchildren.

Active pallbearers will be F.L. Carter, S.J. Pfrimmer, M.H. Lloyd, W.B. Wyatt, L.W. Deaton, R.E. Sharpe.

Honorary pallbearers are Martin Lathrop, George Sikes, W.A. McPherson, Joe White, E.E. Wroten, Ralph Post, Bob Dunn, Cal Withers, E.J. Doffer, Charles Hopper, Bill Wade, A.B. Young, R.A. Walker, W.E. Blackman, Ervin Swope, E.D. White, R.L. McLaughlin, L.B. Sharp, Charles Tennyson, Paul Richardson, Leslie Stamps, Sid Sechrist, and Leon R. Brock.
