Soldier Republic of Texas
June 21, 1810 - April 9, 1884
Texas Ranger 1835
He received gunshot wound to the face at the Battle of Bexar. He fought at the Battle of San Jacinto. He is included on the list of soldiers at the San Jacinto Monument. He came to Texas from Tennessee in 1832. A brief bio can be found at the San Jacinto Museum of History:
