Services for Anna Louise "Ann" Chote, 87, of Ralls will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2008 in the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Floyd Haddock and Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Mrs. Chote passed away October 14, 2008 in Crosbyton. She was born May 5, 1921 in Ryan, Okla. to the late Bedford and Helen (Stuart) Lewis. Ann moved to Ralls in 1923 from Oklahoma and was a 1939 graduate of Ralls High School.
On September 14, 1940 she married James M. Chote in Crosbyton. He preceded her in death on October 13, 2003.
She was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star, the Red Hat Society, and the Ralls Chamber of Commerce. She was an accountant in Ralls, Lubbock, and Seminole from 1949 to the present.
Ann is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and by a host of loving friends.
