WAYNE RUSSELL MAUCK

Memorial services for Wayne Russell Mauck, 79, will be held Thursday, July 7, 2005, at 2 p.m. in Morrison Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Winfred Walker, retired Baptist minister, will officiate.

Mr. Mauck died July 2, 2005, in Amarillo.

Born June 11, 1926, in Scottsbluff, Neb., he was a resident of Dumas since 1973.

He served in the Navy from 1943 to July 1947. He worked for Phillips Petroleum Co. for 33 years before retiring in 1985. He was married to his wife, Martha, for 55 years.

He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and Senior Citizens.

The family will be at 611 Bruce, Dumas, Texas.

The family has requested memorials be made to Hospitality House Veterans Hospital, 6010 Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, Texas.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Mauck, of the home; one son, Russell and Kathy Mauck, of Dumas, and two grandchildren, Jeremy and Miranda Mauck, of Dumas.

Morrison Funeral Directors of Dumas was in charge of funeral arrangements.
