CHANNELVIEW - Robert Bruce May, Jr., 54, formerly of Borger, died Saturday, January 10.

He was a former principal of Alice Johnson Junior High School, and was a member of the Channelview Church of Christ, Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge 1355 AF & AM, Borger, and was involved in Eastern Star, YMCA, Lions Club, Texas Association of Secondary Principals.

Funeral services were at 4 p.m. Monday with Harold Mobley officiating.

Graveside services and burial was at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Kingston City Cemetery, Kingston, Okla., under the direction of San Jacinto Memorial Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Martha; one son, Tim; one daughter, April; his mother, Marguerite of Madill, Okla.; five brothers, Charles May of Cedar Falls, Iowa; Dean May of Fayetteville, Ark., Terry May, of Fort Worth, and Dennis May of Corpus Christi.
