Funeral services for Clarence Coleman, 86, of Lorenzo will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Lorenzo with the Rev. Clarence Brown, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
He died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Ralls nursing Home after a lengthy illness.
Born in Sulphur Springs, he married Louise Young on Dec. 14, 1969, in Crosbyton. He was a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Masonic Scody Lodge, No. 977 of Lorenzo.
He moved to Lorenzo in 1941 from Cooper. He was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church of Lorenzo.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Bishop C. and Clarence Jr. both of Fort Worth; a daughter, Lillian Roberts of Lorenzo; two brothers, Pleze C. and the Rev. G.C. both of Dallas; 24 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
