Funeral Services for Gerado Wiebe, age 51 of Patricia, Texas will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Colony Mennonite Church with Bishop Peter Jansen officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.
Mr. Wiebe was born in Mexico February 12, 1970 to Helena (Neudorf) and Jacob Wiebe. He married Helena Giesbrecht in Mexico on July 8, 1990. He was member of the Old Colony Mennonite Church and worked as a farmer.
Gerado Wiebe passed away Monday, July 12, 2021 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother and one brother. He is survived by his wife Helena Wiebe of Patricia, Texas; two sons, Jacob Wiebe and wife Maria, and Gerado Wiebe and wife Sara, both of Seminole, Texas; one daughter, Anna Wall and husband Franz of Seminole, Texas; father, Jacob Wiebe of Paris, Texas; two brothers, Jacob Wiebe and wife Susie of Mexico, and Johan Wiebe and wife Judy of Canada; six sisters, Elizabeth Hiebert and husband Diedrich of Mexico, Helena Friesen of Mexico, Tina Friesen and husband Peter, Judy Fehr and husband David, Susan Dyck and husband David, and Nancy Holdenbrant and husband Herman, all of Paris, Texas; and six grandchildren.
