A memorial service for Raymond Cory Kyle, age 43 of Seminole, Texas will be held Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Assembly of God Church at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe Lupesen officiating. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to The Bridge at P.O. Box 514 Lamesa, Texas 7933.
Mr. Kyle was born in Dallas, Texas on February 1, 1978 to Glenice Underwood and adopted at six weeks old by Sharon and Carroll Kyle. He was Christian and was baptized June 17, 1984 and worked as a landscaper. He married Rosalinda Munoz on February 25, 2021 in Plains, Texas and they owned and operated Heavenly Sod, a landscaping company they were both very proud of. Raymond had a big heart and never met a stranger. He was a strong advocate for the homeless, addicts, and underprivileged; he would travel to many cities taking the homeless food, blankets and other necessities. His slogan was always, "Keep your head up and your crown straight." He had the initial vision for "The Bridge," a homeless ministry in Lamesa. He loved his wife dearly.
Raymond Kyle passed away Sunday, June 7, 2021 at his home in Seminole. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carroll Kyle and Sharon Shrauner Kyle; and one brother, Craig Kyle. He is survived by his wife, Rosalinda Maria Kyle of Seminole; four sons, Cory Kyle of Denver City, Texas, Darius Kyle of Brownfield, Texas, Colt Kyle of Lafayette, Louisiana, and X'Zavior Roberson of Minnesota; three daughters, Ontwania Kyle of Lubbock, Texas, Antaveya Kyle of Seagraves, Texas, and Indigo Brite of Odessa, Texas; six sisters, Kayla Kyle of Seminole, Texas, Chandra Hughes and husband Brad of Sonora, Texas, Twila Caffey and husband Terry of Seminole, Texas, Chelan Kuykendall and husband Frank of Seminole, Texas; Starla Lujan and husband Sam of Seminole, Texas, and Christa Hastings and husband Robert of Seminole, Texas; one sister-in-law, June Kyle of Seminole, Texas; seven grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
