AMARILLO - Susie V. McDowell, 94, died March 8, 1993 in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel with the Reverend Tommy Jack Davis, grandson and pastor of Reformed Episcopal Church of the Covenant and Dr. David Evans, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church.

Burial will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Highland Park Cemetery, Borger.

She was born in Ashgrove, Iowa and had been a resident of the Texas Panhandle since 1944. She was married over 60 years to former Borger pastor, Charles E. McDowell. She is a member of the Trinity Baptist Church, Amarillo.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Agnes Estes of Boise, Idaho and Libby Elms, Amarillo; 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

The family will be staying at 6010 Palmetto, Amarillo.
