PADUCAH - Martha Bailey Flemons, 78, died Monday, June 9, 1997.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Paducah First Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Weeks, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church in Paducah, officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery by Seigler Funeral Home.

Mrs. Flemons was born in Malone and had been a longtime resident of the Paducah area. She married Wallace Roy Flemons in 1939 at Crosbyton. He died in 1963. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Jneal Green, in 1987.

Mrs. Flemons was a retired housekeeper and homemaker. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and served as an usher there.

Survivors include three sons, Jimmy D. Flemons of Fort Worth, Willie Mack Flemons of Tucson, Ariz., and Lender Earl Flemons of Paducah; four daughters, Dorothy Flemons, Jackie Brisco and Betty Lou Flemons, all of Paducah, and Martha Ann Simmons of Tucson, Ariz.; 27 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren.
