Kenneth "KP" Leonard, 50, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Abilene Funeral Home Chapel of Hope, 3349 N. 12th Street. Burial will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Tennessee Colony Cemetery in Anderson County, Texas, directed by Abilene Funeral Home.
Mr. Leonard was born March 1, 1963, in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Kenneth and Donna Leonard.
Survivors include his wife, Elena Wagner; two daughters, Cheyenne and Cherokee Taylor; his father, Kenneth Leonard; three sisters, Katie Oates, Cary Wasinger and Sherry Lepacik; and two nephews, Marc Livingston, Cooper and Connor Oates.
Mr. Leonard was preceded in death by a daughter, Journey Leonard; his mother, Donna Leonard; and a sister, Mary Livingston.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
