BORGER - Mariano Garcia Munoz "El Cuete," 56, died Saturday, April 15, 2006.
Funeral Mass will be at 2 p.m. today in St. John's Catholic Church with Deacon Zeferino Jimenez officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mr. Munoz was born Aug. 18, 1949, in Porvenir De Ariva Chauila, Mexico, to Salvador and Juana Garcia Munoz. He was a carpenter for Tri State Co. and a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Petra Munoz; five sons, Magdaleno Munoz, Mariano Munoz Jr., Jose L. Munoz, Jesus Munoz and Salvador Munoz, all of Borger; his mother of Borger; two sisters, Lucia Abila of Dallas and Francisca Rascon of Amarillo; four brothers, Salvador Munoz, Miguel Munoz, Martin Munoz and Magdaleno Munoz, all of Borger; and six grandchildren.
