Cleveland Lafayette Dees was born on May 5, 1885 at Mount Pleasant, Taylor County, Texas to John Calvin Dees and Mary Martha Elizabeth “Malissie” Richburg.
He is the husband of Mary Ella.
Mr. Dees was a Private in the U.S. Army during World War I and was wounded in action.
He died on March 30, 1919 in Houston, Harris County, Texas at the age of 63.
